our vision

We want children to be able to grow into responsible adults and need to develop services and facilities to ensure that they can play an active part in the community.

To do this we must: create an environment that can cater for essential needs; create a unique environment, which encourages visitors; create an environment that supports local employment; develop cultural, recreation and sporting facilities that capture the imagination and encourage involvement;create safe and pleasant surroundings that allow people from all parts of the community to gather and to socialise with their neighbours; ensure that people are able to take part and make a difference; ensure that people have the opportunity to participate in decisions that affect them.
