Hankerton Village Parish Council Matters

The Hankerton Parish Council is made up of 7 members of the local community and a council clerk. Within these pages you can find the agendas for the meetings, the minutes for past meetings and the schedule for up coming meetings. The public are actively encouraged to attend our meetings to ensure we address the needs of the people of Hankerton.

The council meets regularly thoughout the year to manage the local amenities and generally look after the well- being of the village and its infrastructure.

The council runs a number of sub- committees:

Hankerton Highways and Footpath Committee has the responsibility of ensuring that the roads and footpaths are maintained in good order and the Rights Of Way are not obstructed. The village has 33 footpaths crossing the area and this includes 3 bridleways.
