Lea Village Hall

Lea Village Hall which was built in 1933 is extensively used by Clubs and organisations mostly based in the Parish.

The Hall is run by the Lea Village Hall Management Committee on behalf of the Parish Council. The Hall has easy access for those with mobility problems. The Hall has a kitchen, nappy changing facilties and toilet facilities which have recently been upgraded for the use by wheelchair users.

The Hall is bookable by private individuals, clubs and societies from within the village. External organizations are also welcome.

The various hire rates are shown below. Additional information may also be obtained from Garden House, (opposite the Village Hall)or by telephoning 01666 825473.

HIRE RATES OF THE VILLAGE HALL effective from August 1st 2011.

Regular user : Clubs, Groups and Societies. £12:00 for up to 4 hours + £5:00 per additional hour.

Regular Commercial Hire: £12:00 for up to 2 hours + £5:00 per hour thereafter.

Adult function (18 yrs +) £11:00 per hour up to 23:59 hours.

Charity Functions - Resident within Parish £15:00 for 4 hour + £2:50 for each additional hour.
Charity Function - Non Resident bookings £10:00 per hour upto 4 hours, thereafter £5:00 per hour.
Children's Parties Parish Residents £20:00 for up to 4 hours, thereafter £2:50 for each additional hour. Children's Party - Not resident in parish £25:00 for up to 4 hours thereafter £5:00 per hour.
