HARMONISATION OF CONCESSIONARY TRAVEL.

Wiltshire Council are reviewing the various inherited concessions which were operated by the former District Councils.This particularly applies to the current concessionary tokens and vouchers that are currently available in the former West and North Wiltshire District Council areas as an alternative to the national free OAP and disabled' persons bus pass.

NO CHANGE is proposed to the bus pass scheme. They are consulting all interested parties about the extra additional concessions that were offered as an alternnative by the District Council's.

The Parish Council have been requested to comment on these proposals, the public at large also are able to complete a survey form, copies of which are availabe from either the Parish Clerk on 01666 823730 or direct from Wiltshire Council on 01225 713322.
